For several decades now I have been working as a lawyer at the cutting edge of technology and law. I have substantial experience in the drafting and negotiating of contracts with a technical background for clients both in Germany and abroad. Litigation and arbitration are both part of my legal work. Working as an IT lawyer, privacy questions are often involved e.g. as part of a business model or related to an inter-company transfer of personal data. It is my approach to find solutions while bearing the economical result of a contract in mind, and also at the end of a legal court proceeding.
