Legal advice on employment law issues for high-tech companies is an important part of our services. We also get individual queries from employees and executives in this industry. Work contracts, company deals and collective agreements have a direct impact on a company's competitiveness. The conditions in the high-tech employment market are different from those in say the banking and insurance industry. We are very close to the technology market.

The social law consequences of cancellation agreements or a change of the employer are often overlooked. Is social protection sufficient even in case of a longer period of unemployment, a long-term disability or early retirement? The necessary social insurance information will often be quite disillusioning for the person insured, because they forget to have their income in old age, after an early retirement or in case of long-term disability calculated properly.
